What Bresla stores
When you sign up to hear about the benchmark results, Bresla stores the email address you enter and the time you signed up.
The sign-up stores nothing else. It sets no cookies and does no tracking.
Why Bresla stores it
Bresla stores it to send you one email when the Bresla Motion v1 benchmark results are published. No date is promised. The address is not used for anything else.
Legal basis
Bresla relies on your consent. You give it by ticking the box on the sign-up form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who holds it
Resend (resend.com) is the email service that stores the list for Bresla.
Resend stores it in the United States. Resend is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and its data processing agreement includes the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long
Bresla keeps your address until you unsubscribe, or until 12 months after the results are published, whichever comes first.
Unsubscribe or delete your address
The email carries an unsubscribe link.
To have your address deleted, email Andrei at andrei@bresla.ai.
Website logs
Vercel hosts this website. To deliver the pages, it processes the IP address of each visitor and keeps short-lived request logs. Bresla does not use these logs to identify visitors.
Booking a call
If you book a call, Cal.com (cal.com) takes the booking under its own privacy policy and passes your name, email address and any note you add to Andrei. Andrei uses them only to hold the call.
Who is responsible
Andrei Balan runs Bresla until the company is registered and is the controller of this data.
